With a complete understanding of complex mechanical systems, IMEC performs contracts at risk through a unique subcontract and integrated construction process. IMEC specializes in Recreational Facilities, Research Facilities, Clean Rooms, Pharmaceutical Laboratories and mixed use complexes.

IMEC is unique in that we perform contracts at risk but sub-contract the entire installation of the mechanical systems. This allows us to provide competitive pricing on all phases of the work at various stages. However, we do not divest the responsibility for on site trade coordination. Our Project Managers provide the trade contractors on site personnel with the guidance and pro-active management required for them to excel.

Integrated Construction is a collaborative team process that achieves the Owners objectives by aligning the Architect, Engineers and Contractors in an open non-adversarial manner early in the program development. IMEC has the ability to add value at the conceptual design stage that results in achieving best value for the Owners capital investment. Typically the capital savings are more than the cost of our services and the system performs the same or better.

Our strength comes from design. While we are not an Engineering company, we have complete understanding of complex mechanical systems from both the technical and the constructability sides.
